Rose Mary Jameson
Rose Mary's experience in designing award-winning skating and theater costumes, wedding gowns and original day wear gives her designs sparkle and impact. She was a finalist in the 2007 Swarovski International Design Contest and published several patterns in the "Bead-a-Day Calendars."
Her neckpieces, bracelets and earrings often feature Austrian crystals and bright color. Rose Mary's original designs range from earthy leather and gemstone bracelets to brightly colored beaded beads to elegant crystal and silver necklaces and chandelier earrings. They're fresh and young or elegant and mature depending upon her intended audience. Youre sure to find something that suits your individual style in Rose Mary's portfolio.
Make tubular beads with scraps of fabric. Stamp on the fabric ahead of time, embellish the finished beads with glitter, wire wrap them, dip their ends in metallic paints, hotfix crystals to them -- the possibilities seem endless. When they're decorated to your satisfaction, combine them with chain and small lengths of yarn, combine them with crystals on head pins and join all together into a wonderful bracelet or necklace.
Beaded Mini-drop Rings
The rings that are the base of this bracelet are a valuable component for any bead weaver to learn. Here they're embellished with mini-drops and joined with flat peyote that's further embellished with Austrian crystals. Finish off with a peyote toggle bar.
Bountiful Harvest
An undulating spiral rope supports cleverly spaced groups that resemble clusters of grapes. Good use of color contrast and unusual small beads. A great way to showcase vintage seed beads, it looks delicate made in size 15/0 seed beads. Finish with peyote-worked toggle ring and bar. Centerpiece inspired by the work of Laura McCabe.

Delicate Victorian
This elegant bracelet comes from Rose Mary's R-A-W series. Some knowledge of beadweaving is required for this intermediate level class.
Double Dainty
The lovely flowery components in this bracelet are made using 2-sided R-A-W. It looks so pretty in a complementary color scheme.
Double Spiral with Slide
Embellish as you create the double spiral using different sizes, shapes and/or colors of beads. Magatamas would make the rope look really lush. When the spiral is complete, add a peyote-woven tube slide embellished with sparkling beads and Bali-style spacers.

Embroidered Embellishment with Beads

Free-form Peyote
Peyote is such a zen-like stitch once you're started that it's easy to see it as boring. Learn to put some zip into it by letting yourself go free. A special lampwork bead works well as a focal point and jumping off place for your color story.
